Each menu is handwritten using a dip pen and ink on premium quality paper made in Somerset, UK using rare, traditional papermaking methods. Choose between a smooth or textured finish, with either straight or hand-torn edges for a beautifully organic feel.

• Heading + up to 3 subheadings in modern calligraphy (max. 8 words total)

• Body text in small block capitals underneath (max. 24 words)
